The easiest way would be to trigger a landslide with an atomic bomb, with 
the landslide calculated to hit the water at the exact time that the concussion 
wave's trough (from the blast) was radiating outward (just after the crest has 
passed).  This would magnify the effect of the blast-induced tsunami.

Not a good idea to do this, however, since
1.  The bomb parts are hard to get.
2.  It would take a lot of time to find a suitable location and do the 
calculations
3. More importantly, it could get a lot of people mad at you.
