The inverse DCT is very similar to the DCT - just as the Inverse Fourier
Transform is similar to the Fourier Transform. There are myriad resources
on the web that can give the exact equations you seek. I went to HOTBOT (my
fave search engine at lycos.hotbot.com) and searched on "Discrete Cosine
Transform" and got many pages giving the equations and more background than
you probably care to know about.

Good luck.
