i am doing a project on fruit juices and i can't find the mg of vitamin c 
contained in each juice. We are told that we should have 65mg/day of 
vitamin c. Which  juice has the most vit.c content..orange, apple, grape, 
tomato, sunny delight, or graprfruit? I couldn't find this information 
anywhere on the label..Please help!! thanks.
