i would be intrested to know if let's a a black person(or any other race) goes to the north pole to settle down with several other groups of his race.The settlement he and his group had made is isolated from all human contect.let's say he has a family and generations after generations the people living in that area does not leave their surroundings nor come into contect with other people.is it possible for them to to have lighter skin after let's say a 1000 years?
