Subject: Where did 'Daniel Fletcher, Anthropologist, Pre-Med' get his maggot info?

I have read information on many sites, all of which say that maggots eat 
ONLY infected, rotting tissue, and that they leave healthy stuff alone.  I 
even read one report that says the labs that "grow" the maggots use rotting 
liver because, "maggots would rather starve than eat fresh food."  
(site: http://web.mit.edu/jyung/www/articles/junk/maggots.html)  This guy 
is the ONLY source I have found that say maggots will go right on to eat 
healthy tissue, so I am wondering where he gets his information from.
