Subject: I've been trying to find a nutrition guide for food coloring.

I find the ingredients listed on a food coloring box, but no nutrition 
information.  I am doing a science project comparing the natural food coloring 
of some fruits and vegetables to artificial food coloring, and the nutrition of 
those fruits and vegetables compared to the nutrition in the ingredients of 
artificial food colors, but have not been able to find this nutrition info. THYO
