Subject: Criminology and forensic medecine

I am in the process of writing a script for a movie, and I need this fact 
clarified. There is a situation where a man has sex, leaves the used condom 
lying around. The women involved uses the semen in the used condom and plants 
it on herself, to frame the man. Can forensic medicine determine that the semen 
planted on the women came from a condom, or was planted and part of intercourse.
