The reason I am posting this question is to seek the reason countries of the world arent engaged in a Manhattan type Project to secure the benefits of undersatnding and using the genetic information that seems to be available to mankind. The original Manhattan was intended for warfare and a Genetic project would benefit all mankind to levels we cant yet imagine. Thanks
