Subject: What are the symptoms of the under-production of Adrenaline in the body ?

I understand the symptoms of overproduction of adrenaline e.g. tachycardia and 
increased blood pressre as well as weight loss and nervousness and was 
wondering if the symptoms of under production of adrenaline were simple the 
opposite of those or if there were other medical problems associated with the 
under production of adrenaline. I have heard that it is thought that some 
serial murdurers have an underproduction of adrenaline which allows tham to 
remain calm whislt commiting their crimes.
