When electordes are connected to your ankle and hand, with a current running
through to determine your lean mass (muscle contain much more water than fat -
and therfore is more conductive). Will the current run through the siclicone
casing and gel of an implant at a speed similar to fat or lean mass? Is the
reading of B.F. higher or lower than is should be? What about saline? Or
would the current typically bypass the breast in a direct line, and therefore
the weight of the implant should be subtracted from total body weight in order
to get an accurate reading?
