Can a tornado be destroyed or "put out" by introducing into it's vortex a cold
or warm patch of air? Could it perhaps be put out by firing a rocket of sorts
into it's base thus causing an added heat wave, possibly disturbing the chaotic
balance of cold and warmth inside the tornado? Has this ever been tested? Every
year countless lives and property are destroyed in tornado outbursts, instead
of just researching tornados, why can they not also research a way to stop them?
