I've been using bleach to kill mold that grows on my patio and vinyl siding and 
wood siding.  Rather than kill the mold, I'd like to change the conditions so 
the mold does not grow there.  I can't control the rainfall; are there other 
conditions I can control to prevent mold growth?  The mold only grows on the 
North side of the house.  Is this likely due to light conditions there?
