Keep the bleach handy!! With the exception of painting the surfaces with 
paint containing compounds designed to inhibit mold growth there is not 
much you can do. Mold will grow in relatively moist, warm, environments 
and unless one can change the temperature and humidity the mold will 
continue to grow.
