I recently started a job working on electron microscopes, and have been exposed
to some ultra high vacuum devices. I would like to get a basic understanding
of how ion vacuum pumps work before I start my actual vacuum classes. Also,
could you give me a relative idea of how much 2x10-8 Torr is? I hope my
questions are clear enough because I don't really know what other info to add.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
