I've heard that it is better to eat your dessert first because then the last thing being absorbed into your body and being digested is something healthy (carrots, meat, etc), instead of something sweet and fatty (cake, cookies, etc.). Is there something to that? P.S. I know a lot of senior citizens that eat their dessert first, but they say it's so in case they kick the bucket, then at least they've gotten their dessert!
