Subject: What concentration and dosage of epinephrine can a goldfish be exposed to?

I found several lesson plan/labs on the web where you observe a goldfish fin 
under microscope to view the arteriole, capillary, and veinuole. The lab deals 
with observing the circulation of blood in the goldfish when epinephrine 
solution is applied topically. Although I found this lab on reputable sites 
such as AskEric, I want to be sure of the safe concentration and dosage to use. 
I realize fish should not be put under stress, and do not want a situation
