I know catalase breaks down hydrogen peroxide down to oxygen and water but I am 
a little confused about what the implications of this are on human health?
I am doing an assignment for college and I have already carried out the 
practical but I am currently writing up the experiment and this is the only bit 
I am struggling with, can you help?
