I am trying to do an experiment but it's not working. I filled a glass jar 1/3
full with water then I lit a floating candle & closed the lid tightly. I
thought that when the candle went out, the oxygen would be gone and so there
would be an increase in the air pressure in the jar. Because of this I thought
that the water would move but it didn't. Do you know what I am doing wrong?
