Subject: what are other possible ways to speed up an enzymatic reaction besides temp

Hi,
I am an intern doing a research project here at NASA Glenn (Cleveland, OH).  My 
mentor and I are working on a project that depends on an efficient ezymatic 
binding to an antibody in the shortest amount of time.  I just wanted to know 
some ways (however difficult or unusual) of speeding up the reaction time.
