I read about rancidity of oil. And i'm curious why salt behave that way. I 
know salt may contain some heavy metals and thus heavy metal increase the 
rancidity in oil.ut why heavy metal behave this way.Many people said that to 
decrease rancidity in oil, we have to add sugar into the oil. what properties 
sugar has to reduce the rancidity.I feel that its because sugar will get 
oxdise instead of the oil...
