We want to test the hypoglycemic effect of a plant extract by monitoring the 
blood glucose levels of the mice.We just want to know whether we can use the 
glucometer (the one used for humans) in measuring the blood glucose levels of 
mice or we still have to use a spectrophotomether to determine their glucose 
levels.  Thank you very much.
