Subject: The eefect sodium hypochlorite to cells, coral, sealife etc.

I have problem that our sodium hypochlorite injection (1 ppm) to seawater 
intake pipe was leak. So the chemicals spread out to the sea, for our 
reference, I will ask a view question, 
1. Do you have the research for this chemicsal effect on sealife, such as 
shrimp, cells etc. Kindly please send us a copy?
2. How does this chemical effect on these sea animal, why the limit is 0.2 as 
free chlorine or 0.5 as total chlorine?
