Ive been looking on the web for research to course work about the enzyme catalase and ive discovered the NADP group on bovine catalase. Im wondering if this assists the enzyme in preforming its function compared to the same organ source in another species, say fish or poultry. Wheather it will have a greater rate of reaction for the same amount of enzyme than that of another species? Also if there will be significant differences in concentration per wolume of the enzyme in different species' organs. Thnx, amy.
