The micronucleus test is a parameter for testing the genotoxicity when the 
cells are subjected to different kinds of toxic substances. The frequency of 
micronucleii is proportional to the toxicity of that substance. I want to know 
the effect of toxic substances on genetic material and manifestation of 
affected genetic material into micronucleus.
