Hi,

Your questions are interesting ones.

The MadSci network is not aimed at addressing clinical issues that could be used in legal matters. The directness of your questions appear to be as such. If not and you are truly interested in such matters, then you might wish to view the medical search engine called Pub Med and use the key words: narcolepsy paranoia

The web address of PubMed is http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi.

When I did this search, most of the articles were related to your questions. So it appears that indeed there can be some paranoia with narcolepsy, but if they are linked to criminal tendencies, I have no idea and have not seen a case report from my searches with Pub Med.

I hope this allows you some direction.
