I have a series of repeat readings, measuring the effect of pH on the activity 
of an enzyme. I have taken readings at equal intervals about the amount of 
substrate left (hence I have a reaction profile for each pH and repeat 
reading). I want to do some complex statistical analysis on this data - do you 
have any suggestions on what is possible?
