Hey,

Cavities are caused by 4 things:
1. Carbohydrates
2. Bacteria
3. Tooth Surface
4. Time

These 4 things in combination cause the cavity to form, and when you get
one you should visit to your dentist and get it restored. Don't wait until
it starst hurting. Thats about it !!

Thanking you,
Dr. Shoaib
