Subject: where should I start from, for a career in genetic engineering?

Hello, I graduated with a business degree from a college. I am now 28 years 
old. I have decided to spend rest of my life in genetic engineering field. I 
really need your help to guide me with where to start. I know that my college 
degree has nothing to do with this field.  If it is necessery I will go back 
to college for this. But is there a way that I can take courses from outside 
and prepare my self for the masters degree for this? or is there an 
institution where they can help me with my situation. With my best regards,
