Many food handlers and health care workers wear their gloves outside of the
immediate food/patient area, and they usually touch other items. I am curious as
to how long germs/viruses can live on the gloves. The gloves are supposed to
protect both the worker and the patient/customer,but it seems like the
employees are concerned only about their own protection.
