By "react" I assume you mean a reaction degrading hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen gas as catalyzed by enzymes such as catalase:

2H2O2 -> 2H2O (aq) + O2 (gas)

The key is release of oxygen gas, which commonly produces bubbles or frothing of the solution in the presence of the enzyme.
