When an electron moving arond the nuclius it pulled by protons when electron
coming near to proton, protons replaced with neutron. In this action of
electron and proton atom get vibrations like wave and cesium-133 atom loss its
life(energy) 1 second in ~6000 years. Is it true ? if not send me document at
my e-mail or
Postal Mail
