1)does costimulatory blockade make the body more prone to illnesses caused by
foreign anitigens? since it induces t-cell anergy, or is it specific? because
i know that it is used to suppress or prevent some autoimmune/graft effects.
2)i was reading a student report quoted "previous studies have suggested that
combined treatment of cytokines may induce immuonological tolerance", however,
I cannot find the actual paper, could you please help me out with that?
Thankyou and your time and help is greatly appreciated.
