      Sometimes when I sneeze, I feel the tickle very far back inside my head, 
and I'm not sure if its in my nose or my throat.  Sometimes I also cough after 
I sneeze.  Where exactly in my upper respiratory system does the reflex to 
cough stop and the reflex to sneeze begin?
