Steve, I have discussed your question with our resident expert on Fc receptors and his conclusion: "Murine FcR bind human IgG's. There are some subclass preferences but not to the extent of presence / absence of binding." I tried to find a literature citation where this was experimentally validated but was unsuccessful. Pete
