This experiment is a great deal harder to accomplish technically than it first seems from the 
description. You would almost certainly need access to expensive instruments (an excellent 
microscope and a device for "pulling" micropipettes from capillary tubes). You are also not likely 
to succeed using a written protocol without expert technical assistance right at your side.
