Im doing an assignment on a method review for Clostridium.difficile. i found 
that CCNA is the gold standard but requires cell culture and in a different 
article their compareing rapid EIA's to CBA, as if to say CBA is the method of 
choice which also requires cell culture. are these the same thing or just a 
simular type of assay?
