More specifically, how does HIIT increase muscle mass as opposed to regular
training? HIIT increases muscle mass drastically for bulk/strength while regular
training only produces lean. What is the difference? Considering that during
both one trains to exhaustion/optimization. What's the difference between
lifting 30 pounds at 8-10 repetitions and 20 pounds at 13-18 repetitions if both
work you until exhaustion.
