Yes, if you coat paper with a base, and then spray a phenolphthalein solution on it, it will turn pink (or red, depending on the concentration of the solution).

Red cabbage juice is actually a really good indicator, especially as it has a wide range of color change (from bright red when acidic through purplish-red and blue to green-yellow when basic/alkaline). It's easy to make, too; chop up the cabbage, cover with water, boil for a bit, filter out the cabbage bits. The color-change is reversible, as well.

Other than that there really aren't many good multi-hued indicators that aren't (like phenolphthalien) laboratory indicators.
