Thank you for your question. It is an intriguing one. I did review the Der Urzeit Code website. It is interesting that although they claim that DC field reault in organisms growing into its "primeval form," they do not provide a reference to that material. Rather they indicate that the evidence is only contained in the book they have for sale. I suggest, if you have not already done so, that you search the literature using PubMed, a free service of the National Library. This will point you to the evidence you require to scientifically justify the purpose and variable of your experiment. A good start might be searching the terms: "electric field" exposure embryo In a cursary search, I was able to find a few experiments that might be of interest to you.
