I looked through the archives and found a question that I wanted to ask
(ID 954702424). Unfortunately the answer didn't exactly answer the
question, therefore I am submitting a more specific question.
Question: A normal (~150pd indivi., with no health problems)can process
(absorb, transport, and metabolize) a lot of protein in one seating (one
seating = one meal ie. breakfast, lunch, etc...). How many grams of
protein can the body efficiency absorb (use)in one seating? Train of
thought: the body will expel exess XXX (such as vitamin) if too much is
taken. How much protein can be absorbed in one seating before the body
expels excess (that is if the body does expel protein (amino acids and
etc...))?
