I am trying to find out the amount of ascorbic acid present in juice, and
I have read all of the questions you have answered about ascorbic acid,
and I have a few questions..
If I titrate an iodine solution against the juice with some starch
solution in it, is it a redox titration?
If so, how do I write the redox equation?
Does it go something like this?
I2 + C6H8O6 --> 2I- + ????
Thanks...
