Subject: Does the appearance/color of food effect people's perception of its taste?

I'm doing a science fair project about whether or not sight affects people's 
perception of a food's taste.  I have five different colors of pudding, and 
each subject has to taste each of the five colors and guess what flavor it is.  
Would the color have an affect on their answer.  I am supposed to find research 
that someone else has done on this topic (it is required by my teacher), and I 
have searched and searched, but I can't find much on sight and taste.....can 
you Please Please help me?
