I have been experimenting over a device that I have designed and built for
perpetual motion.Keeping in mind that energy cannot be created or
destroyed. The energy input and discharge is the same.Upon replacing the
source of energy with the output the machine runs for a few seconds then
stalls. It's probably due to fiction between particles and against air.If I
could setup an environment without these problems would this device be
considered as a Perpetual Motion Machine? Also, please note that I have
done considerable research on this topic and know that this is forbidden
by the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics. The device that I have built
consists of an electric motor and generator(DC current),Batteries(to start
the process)and other wires etc.

Thanks
