Subject: Mosquitos ans HIV

Last summer, a friend of mine said that she had seen an article in a

scientific journal saying that a paper had been published about the

ability of mosquitoes to carry and spread HIV. The article was written

in an African language my friend could not remember which one and had

not been translated into English yet.

Has anyone heard of such an article and what is the likelihood of 

mosquitoes being able to spread the virus?
