What are the effects of a diphenylamine soln. for a DNA test of an onion?
After conducting a DNA isolation of an onion what effects would a 
diphenylamine solution have on the results when conducting a DNA test
if the DNA was present?  Saying that one did isolate the DNA and used 
a diphenylamine solution to test for the presents of DNA.  What would 
results indicate?
