My science fair project is due this week. I know what matter is and about liquids, solid and gas but how do I explan in very simple language about cornstarch and water. I've read about non-newtonian fluid.  I also know it is a colliod.  I need more information.  I have searched the web but many of the sites use terms I do not understand.
