Subject: How do I get rid of condensation?

I am the Production Manager at a poultry processing plant and we wash 
the
equipment 
nightly.  Every morning we have condensation on the ceiling which 
needs to
be wiped off before we begin processing for the day.  How can we solve 
this
condensation problem?  I've heard that putting cork crumbs in paint 
and
applying the paint to the problem area would solve the problem.  What 
do
you say?
