I'm right now planning for a scientific project in chemistry, and I'm
about to perform a lab of enzymatic and sour hydrolysis of glycogen.
For this I need a so-called DNS reagent, but neither I nor my
supervising teacher knows what this could be. I have tried to look
after it in different chemistry books, but I can't seem to find an
answer, maybe you could help me. Thanks, Dan.
