We are doing an experement at school with area of illumination. We
experemented with it by putong a light bulb at the end of a meter
stick and put a piece of black papper with a squred cemtemeter cut
out of it then we put a piece of graph papper 5 mm away from the
black papper and when we turned out the lights we counded out how
many squares came up on the graph papper we kept doing that but each
time we did that we moved the construction papper back 5 mm. next we
did the exact thing but we used a flash light rather than a light
bulb. Then we tryed it with the sun (but obviously the sun wasn't at
the end of the meter stick. My science teacher wante us to find out
more one area of illumination. And if you have any type of
information an area of ilumation it would come in great need for me.
Thanks,
  Laura
