Firstly there was a lot of hype about colloidal minerals being highly
bioabsorbable because the particles are so tiny and that they are much
more available in your system than chelated. Now I've been told the exact
opposite. That chelated minerals can be up to 100% usable in the body and
that colloidal minerals particles are too large for the body.
What is the truth?
